Woven Legal is seeking a highly motivated Legal Research Assistant Intern to join our dynamic team. In this rewarding role, you'll play a vital role in supporting our attorneys and their clients by conducting in-depth legal research across various practice areas.

What you'll do:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research on a variety of topics at the request of our attorneys and their clients.
• Analyze legal issues, identify relevant case law, statutes, and regulations.
• Prepare concise and well-organized legal memoranda summarizing your research findings.
• Assist attorneys with drafting legal documents such as motions, briefs, and letters.
• Stay current on legal developments and maintain a strong understanding of legal research methodology.

What you'll bring:

• Currently enrolled as a third-year law student or a rising third-year.
• Exceptional research skills and attention to detail.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with a knack for crafting clear and concise legal summaries.
• Proficient in legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• A genuine interest in the legal field and a desire to learn from serving experienced attorneys.

Hours:
