Accounts Payable Clerk

CDS Analytical has been a leading global provider of innovative scientific instruments for the analytical laboratory for 50 years.

A part-time job opportunity (15-20 hours/week) as Accounts Payable Clerk is open. The ideal candidate is preferred to have an accounting background. Attention to details and organizational skills are keys to this position. This role contributes to the financial stability of the accounting team. This position reports to the Accounting Manager is onsite at our office location in Oxford, PA.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies

• Prepare and process check payments to vendors in a timely manner

• Manage and record automatic bill-payments and other purchases authorized by management

• Reconcile accounts, as requested, on a monthly basis

• Scan, file and maintain organization of accounting records

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in using accounting software (QuickBooks Desktop experience preferred)

• Experience with accounts payables processes

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Great attitude and willingness to learn
