Digital Producer

Power of Pod, LLC is a leading digital media company specializing in podcast production and distribution. We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Digital Producer to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Producer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our podcast projects, collaborating closely with the production team to deliver high-quality content to our dedicated audience.

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute podcast episodes from start to finish, including researching and developing ideas, writing scripts, and coordinating with talent and guests.
• Oversee the production process, ensuring that all aspects, such as audio recording, editing, and mixing, are executed to the highest standard.
• Collaborate with hosts, editors, and audio engineers to maintain consistency in the overall sound and tone of our podcasts.
• Manage episode release schedules and coordinate promotional efforts to maximize audience engagement and growth.
• Monitor industry trends and stay up to date with podcasting best practices, consistently seeking ways to improve our production quality and reach.
• Conduct interviews and assist with live recordings as necessary, on location or in the studio.
• Coordinate with external partners, such as sponsors and advertisers, to integrate promotions seamlessly into the podcast content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Digital Media, Broadcasting, or Communication.
• Proven experience in podcast production, demonstrating a strong understanding of the entire production process, from concept to distribution.
• Proficiency in audio editing software, such as Pro Tools or Adobe Audition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and information to a diverse audience.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a keen ear for audio quality, ensuring that podcasts meet our company's high standards.
• Familiarity with podcast analytics and the ability to use data to inform content decisions.
