Job description

Your Future Team
Archer Lewis is a national accounting and advisory firm established in 2024 from local practice mergers, leveraging over 70 years of legacy. With 40 offices and over 450 professionals, we serve 150,000+ businesses. Our approach blends small-firm relationships with national capabilities in bookkeeping, tax, advisory, and growth planning. We adapt to client preferences for in-person or online interactions, ensuring they connect with professionals who understand their specific needs.
What You'll Do
As our Visual Content Producer, you'll own video and photography production from concept to final delivery, partnering closely with our social media and marketing teams to create compelling content for YouTube, social platforms, and corporate productions.
You'll also be a visible ambassador of the Archer Lewis brand, traveling to conferences, speaking engagements, and partner offices to capture the people, moments, and stories that define who we are. If you thrive on creative ownership, collaboration, and bringing a brand to life through visual content, this role puts you right at the center of it.
  • Shoot and edit YouTube videos, short-form social content, and long-form corporate productions (employer branding, client stories, thought leadership)
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Associate on content calendars and creative direction
  • Film and photograph at conferences, speaking engagements, and industry events
  • Visit individual offices to produce content, capture headshots, team photography, and office environment content
  • Produce polished, on-brand edits that distill complex financial and professional services topics into clear, engaging stories
  • Manage project files, media libraries, and delivery assets with a fast turnaround cadence
  • Support photography needs across brand campaigns and event coverage

What You'll Bring
  • High school diploma required (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of professional video production experience, gained in a corporate environment, agency, or freelance setting
  • Advanced proficiency in at least one major editing platform, including DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
  • Strong still photography capabilities, with confidence shooting both in studio environments and on location
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality content on tight timelines without compromising creative standards
  • Hands-on experience producing video content for social platforms, including YouTube, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn
  • A refined eye for composition, lighting, color grading, and motion graphics
  • Comfort directing, coaching, and putting non-professional presenters at ease on camera
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Nice To Have
  • Experience creating content in financial services, professional services, or other B2B environments
  • Working knowledge of motion graphics or light animation, particularly in Adobe After Effects
  • Familiarity with podcast production or audio recording/editing workflows
  • A portfolio that showcases versatility across formats, including long-form video, short-form social content, and event or live-coverage projects

What We Offer
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (Coverage begins on the first of the month following your start date.)
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • 401(k) Matching Program
  • Pre-Tax Commuter Benefits
  • Pet Insurance
  • Unlimited Flexible Time Off
  • 7 Company-Paid Holidays
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Base salary of $80,000-$100,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
