Mon-Fri Schedule

• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing
• Educate customers on available insurance products and coverage options
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to meet customer needs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
• Meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Minimum 3 years of insurance experience & P&C licensed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in-office (Norman, OK)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
