Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking an eager and motivated HR Coordinator to join our vibrant team! The HR Coordinator will provide support to the HR department and its various functions including benefits administration, recruitment, payroll, and corporate office administration. We are seeking someone that aligns with our company culture and values being a part of an innovative and progressive organization.

***This is a temporary role requiring onsite work in Brea, CA. (40 hours/week, Monday - Friday)

Core Responsibilities:
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources team, ensuring adherence to established HR policies and procedures across all organizational levels.
  • Managing pre-employment, new hire onboarding, and LOA/termination processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Handling the processing and upkeep of various employment data within the HRIS application, encompassing pre-employment, onboarding, merit increases, status changes, and performance evaluations.
  • Creating and maintaining organizational charts, offer letters, and relevant correspondence as required.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to facilitate seamless systems setup and access for new hires.
  • Assisting in benefits administration by receiving documentation and updating the HRIS system accordingly.
  • Supporting recruitment efforts by posting job listings, administering behavioral assessments, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, among other related tasks.
  • Overseeing HR collateral and inventory, managing orders as needed.
  • Contributing to special projects initiated by the HR team and fulfilling additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • 1-2+ years of Human Resources experience with strong administrative skill set
  • College degree in related field is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to employment (i.e., discrimination and harassment, wage and hours, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms; ADP Workforce Now familiarity highly desirable. Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and Outlook software.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
