Junior Financial Analyst

Description:

This position requires an analytical mindset with the ability to analyze financial results for reporting to high-level management. Should be a self-starter, able to demonstrate versatility in problem-solving, and have experience in handling confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly reporting on productivity, compliance, and achievement of budgeted goals.
• Prepare compensation analyses for potential hires.
• Calculate and report on quarterly incentives for contract attorneys.
• Summarize data on historical client revenue and project results from rate increases.
• Provide important firm information and support ad-hoc reports as directed by management.
• Support creation of materials for various management review and settings.
• Maintain integrity of data in Aderant.

Job Requirement/Skills:

• Detailed knowledge of MS Excel
• Flexibility, diligence, organized, and an excellent teammate.
• High attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value varied perspectives.

Knowledge & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of financial service or accounting experience

Job type: Full-time. Normal work week 37.5 hours. Work additional or irregular hours to perform essential duties are required. Position reports directly to Senior Financial Analyst.

Physical requirements:

This position requires sitting for the majority of the workday. May lift up to 5 -10 lbs.
