Client Service Specialist

Administrative Support:
· Answer telephone, takes messages and refers calls
· Maintain office calendar/zoom systems
· Compliance task management: maintain monthly, quarterly and annual reports
· Update/maintain: company website, social media accounts and company notifications
· Client touches: thank you cards, birthday cards, holiday cards, etc.
Client/Advisor Support:
· Protect the Advisors time.
· Handle all non-advisory tasks for the professional advisory team
· Assist client and advisory team with all non-advisory questions and paperwork such as, processing all forms and applications including, opening accounts, account address change, and other online applications necessary to process clients’ business transactions
· Phone schedule, prepare and follow-up on client RPMs as required
· Run reports and prepare documents necessary for clients RPMs and other meetings
· Maintain CRM software and its WORKFLOWS to keep current for sorting, reporting, scheduling, fee tracking and marketing purposes
· Assist with data entry and updating financial planning software. (Income Solver & Asset Map)
· Track client service tasks and new business transactions in progress and report on a weekly basis
· Submit to BSP all trade requests in client's accounts on behalf of the advisor
· Understand and know value of all strategic relationships: Custodian, TAMP, Insurance Carriers, Attorneys, CPAs
· Technology Companies: Redtail, SmartRIA, IT support, Vonage
