Job Description
We are seeking a Front Office Associate to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Answer high volume inbound telephone calls
- Schedule and dispatch technicians
- Collect payments
- Email customer invoices
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Thoroughly knowledgeable with Service Titan software
- Previous experience in HVAC office administration or other related fields
- Outstanding customer services and problem solving skills
- Team player
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
