Job Description

--Professionally answer incoming calls and inquiries
--Greet patients enthusiastically, providing excellent customer service
--Schedule appointments, confirmations, cancellations
--Coordinate treatment plans and present financial arrangements
--Insurance verification and claim submissions
--Maintain accurate patient records
--Collect money and post payments in ledger
--Love what you do

Salary Range

Full-time $21 - $25 per hour

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
-Six paid holidays
-401(k).

Shift & Schedule

- Work Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 6:30 AM - 5 PM; Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 7 PM; Friday: Off.
- Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
- Overtime: Overtime--rare and paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.
- Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.
- Holiday Shifts: Pretty much just Presidents Day.

--Must have at least 2 years in a front office setting, with knowledge of dental practice software, preferably Dentrix experience
