We're looking for a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team. At Bevara, HR partners with the COO, CFO and Operations leader to drive the business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions within the organization and gives guidance on all things Human.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Manage employee benefits, compensation, and payroll administration
- Oversee training and development programs for employees
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
- Maintain HR records and documentation
- Collaborate with leadership to understand and address HR needs within the organization

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR management
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office applications
