This family-owned restaurant group is searching for the right person who will help lead the team in running daily ops. You’ll need to lead by example, inspiring staff to connect, smile, and hustle in service of all our super excited hot chicken seekers. You can expect to work 45-55 hours a week and share in the open, mid-shift, or closing responsibilities with other managers.
What are the benefits for you?
- The starting wages for AMs are $50k-60k, depending on your experience
- All salaried managers are eligible for a quarterly bonus. (And yes, our teams see them!) --> AM's eligible for 10% of their salary for the bonus.
- Managers receive 15 days of Personal Time after 90 days and 20 days of PTO on their 5th anniversary.
- Health Insurance, Sick Pay, and Short-Term Disability upon hire.
- We pay 50% of the health insurance premiums for you and your family.
- Eligibility to enroll in our 401k retirement plan with matching up to 4% of annual salary.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years in a high volume/ management position.
- Must have a least 3 references from former supervisors.
- Seeking mature, thoughtful leaders who want to inspire, develop, and coach a team.
