Our client, a well-known SaaS organization, is seeking a Talent Analyst with experience in Workday and Greenhouse to manage positions and requisitions within the tools.

Pay Rate: $42-62/hour based on experience

Contract: 6 months

Location: FULLY REMOTE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide operational support for position and requisition creation workflows in Workday and Greenhouse to ensure a seamless experience for end-users, including ongoing monitoring of approvals and addressing any bottlenecks promptly.
  • Serve as first point of contact for inquiries regarding requisitions and positions, offering tier one support and guidance on process-related queries.
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) for requisition and position requests in Workday, ensuring compliance with established timelines and identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Regularly share and report on Position and Requisition Management findings, documenting changes to the system, and conducting frequent check-ins with users to gather feedback on tool usage.
  • Edit and maintain knowledge articles and documentation in ServiceNow and Confluence to ensure accuracy and relevance.

  • Gather feedback from managers and end users to understand pain points, collect suggestions for improvement, and drive continuous enhancements to the process, acting as the voice of the customer.
  • Provide system support via email, Slack, and Zoom to ensure timely issue resolution and ongoing communication with stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams (People, FP&A, ITS, Business Stakeholders, and hiring managers) to build strong relationships and become a trusted partner and subject matter expert in operational support.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous work experience providing operational support for Workday position management, demonstrating proficiency in handling various aspects of the position and requisition workflows.
  • Knowledge of business processes in Workday position management, including creating, editing, and closing positions and requisitions.
  • Experience with Greenhouse and HRIS link, demonstrating familiarity with related systems and integration processes, is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in using ServiceNow or similar knowledge management platforms to effectively manage tickets and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels to gather feedback and address inquiries or issues.
  • Experience in change management and training facilitation preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and problem-solve effectively.
  • Proficient in using Excel to identify trends, interpret data, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Relevant certifications in Workday or Greenhouse administration would be advantageous.
