Job Description

BUSINESS/LOCATION:
Precious Tails- NY, NY

OVERVIEW:

The ideal candidate will support our sales team, preparing for meetings in our showrooms, creating line lists with detailed product information for our retail customers and preparing inventory sheets for selling.

Process and manage incoming/ outgoing purchase order shipments on a daily basis while maintaining contact with our west coast warehouses.

Review our database system to ensure current and future inventory is managed in a proactive manner, while communicating directly with our production team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Daily Interface with our retail buyers and assistants
Organize line sheets for internal and external
Track and update inventory & available to sell
Follow up with customers for EDI’s in a timely manner
Organize and maintain style master list by delivery and cost (receipt flow)
Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials
Prepare for market appointments
Systematic and analytically inclined
Possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

QUALIFICATIONS:

A proactive multi tasker looking to identify and address issues early.
Strong organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail.
Superior communication skills with excellent English communication skills - verbal and written.
Excellent time management/project skills
Must be highly proficient with MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word

The ideal candidate will support our sales team, creating line lists with detailed product information for our customers such as Walmart, Petsmart, TJX and Wayfair.

Process and manage incoming/ outgoing purchase order shipments on a daily basis while maintaining contact with our west coast warehouses and maintaining up to date sales sheets for the sales team.

Review our database system to ensure current and future inventory is managed in a proactive manner, while communicating directly with our production import team.
