Key Responsibilities:

• IMP HM Notes:
• The Retirement Plans Public Sector Solutions Center is filling a new training class for the Columbus location. This position is for the inbound solution (call) center providing extraordinary customer service to our members about their retirement plans.
• We are aiming to fill 24 spots for our training class, starting on Monday, May 16th. Training will conclude on Friday, June 24th or Monday, June 27th. We will be following Client's standard workday with a 45-minute unpaid lunch. Hours during the training period will be 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday.
• No training will occur on Memorial Day 5/30.
• Training will be fully work from home and once training is completed, the contingent workers will have the option to continue Working from home Or Work in the office 1-2 days a month Or work a hybrid schedule (Group A or Group B, depending on desk location). FT WFH will be contingent upon performance and the worker can be asked to return to location if needed.
• Only for Onsite/ Hybrid Candidates parking:- we will provide the LAZ parking agreement around mid-point of training for those selecting the hybrid option (This will not be an option for Full time WFH or 1-2 days in the office per month). At that time, the worker can complete and get their parking pass the week before returning to the office. As previously communicated, the parking will be covered by Client. All hybrid options are contingent based off performance.
