The role:

The Director of Human Resources (Las Vegas) will lead the People Operations at our largest location at the Mandalay Bay Casino in Las Vegas. Our largest and most complex operation yet will require a people leader to support a team that will deliver world class hospitality to our guests, our partners, and our team members. We hope to become a best-in-class employer in the Las Vegas market and deliver excellent experiences to exceed the expectations of all of our team members.

Our perfect candidate has:

• 5+ years of work experience as a Human Resources Director or Senior Human Resources Manager within the hospitality industry
• Human Resources experience providing support to leaders within a large scale, national business
• Thorough knowledge of Nevada, and particularly Las Vegas laws and regulations
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP and/or AWI Certification
• The ability to travel both domestically on a regular basis and as needed for the business

*The base pay range for this position is $115,000-$130,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications, and skills, etc.
