SUMMARY:

As an E-commerce Growth Manager at LifeSync, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our online sales channels. Leveraging your expertise in e-commerce strategies and platforms, particularly BigCommerce and Shopify, you will spearhead initiatives to enhance our subscription-based revenue streams and optimize customer retention.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Spearheading the growth of online sales across B2B channels by devising and executing robust e-commerce strategies.
  • Developing and implementing plans to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and overall sales revenue, while ensuring profitability.
  • Overseeing the transition to a new platform in 2024 and managing day-to-day operations post-launch to maintain a seamless customer experience.
  • Crafting a customer-centric vision for product categorization, content updates, and page optimization to improve SEO and user experience.
  • Leading SEO and SEM efforts to drive organic and paid traffic to the site and optimizing customer engagement and loyalty through personalized marketing approaches.
  • Strategizing and executing digital campaigns utilizing SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing to promote products effectively.
  • Continuously monitoring and optimizing the customer journey to meet user needs and facilitate purchases.
  • Utilizing data-driven insights to make informed decisions that enhance site traffic, conversion rates, average order value, revenue, and profitability.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams to develop tailored content, promotions, and campaigns aligned with the company's overall strategy.
  • Coordinating with customer service, IT, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the e-commerce journey.
  • Subscription Strategy - Develop and execute a robust subscription marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives to drive revenue growth.
  • Email Marketing - Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture and engage subscribers, fostering retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Competitor Research - Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our subscription offerings.
  • Customer Feedback - Gather and analyze customer feedback related to subscriptions, implementing improvements to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong proficiency in Shopify and other relevant e-commerce platforms.
  • Proficient in email marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing data.
  • Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in subscription marketing within an e-commerce environment.
PHYSICAL DEMAND:
  • The position is a sedentary job. The person must be comfortable sitting at a desk and typing.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • The work environment is a typical office environment.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT:
  • Light (typically <10%), including car or domestic flights.
