HR Recruiting Summer Intern 2024

Bull Moose Tube is looking for a part-time Recruiting Intern to help support our continued growth and achievement of established business objectives. The Recruiting Intern will be an integral part of the HR Team working across the organization to assist our plant HR Representatives to attract top talent and fill a variety of hourly positions. The position is part-time 25 hours a week and can be remote after initial training. The Recruiting Intern would ideally start during the summer of 2024 (May or June 2024 through the first of August 2024). This is a paid internship.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Conduct full cycle recruiting to include posting, sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and scheduling for plant hourly positions.

· Collaborate with Human Resources to create and review employment requisitions through the applicant tracking system.

· Screen and review applicant resumes based on the requisition requirements.

· Coordinate the interview schedule with candidates and interview team.

· Disposition candidates within the applicant tracking system.

· Assist with offers of employment to include creating offer letters with accurate offer details.

· Ensure candidates are engaged and informed throughout the process, consistent with established business objectives.

· Regularly inform Human Resources of the status and progress of recruiting efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Actively enrolled student (Junior or Senior) in a 4-year degree program at an accredited college or university.

2. Self-motivated team player

3. Excellent organizational skills with ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

4. Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.

5. Excitement to learn and interest in Human Resources.

6. Work regularly within Applicant Tracking Systems moving candidates through the process and utilizing functions for more efficient practices.
