Description:

We are looking for a QA Software Tester to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches. In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. Works as part of an Agile development team to design and execute test cases across web and mobile applications, contributing to stable releases through structured and repeatable test processes.


Contract Type: This is a fixed, one-year contract based in Bulgaria (Remote).

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of software testing experience with strong grounding in quality assurance concepts and standards
  • Experience writing and executing manual test cases across functional, regression, integration, and UI testing scopes
  • Familiarity with test management tools (AIO Test Management preferred or similar) and defect tracking systems such as Jira
  • Experience participating in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Basic knowledge of Claude and Git
  • Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools and approaches; ability to evaluate and apply AI-based testing techniques where relevant
  • Ability to clearly document expected results, reproduce defects, and communicate findings
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and ability to collaborate with developers and product owners
