As an Influencer Marketing Assistant, you will support the execution of high-impact influencer campaigns across US and UK markets, helping connect a global digital health brand with relevant creators and communities. You will be responsible for driving outreach, managing early-stage negotiations, and ensuring smooth coordination across multiple influencer activations at once. Working in a fast-paced and data-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with marketing managers, scouts, and creators to ensure campaign quality and consistency. This is a highly operational yet strategic support role where communication, organization, and negotiation skills directly influence campaign success and brand growth.

Accountabilities
  • Lead initial outreach to influencers, presenting collaboration opportunities and managing early-stage communication and negotiations around deliverables, timelines, and compensation.
  • Coordinate and oversee influencer scouts, ensuring they identify high-quality creators aligned with campaign objectives and provide structured feedback on submissions.
  • Screen and evaluate influencer profiles based on audience authenticity, engagement quality, content relevance, and platform fit.
  • Support the execution of multiple concurrent influencer campaigns, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery across all activations.

Requirements
