POSITION SUMMARY

The Influencer Coordinator – Media supports the execution and optimization of national, regional, and local multichannel media plans across traditional channels, including TV, Radio, Print, and Out-of-Home (OOH), as well as promotional media initiatives. This role assists with the day-to-day management of campaigns, facilitates internal and external coordination, supports reporting and insights development, and helps maintain accurate financial records across vendors and partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow within a fast-paced media environment.


ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Participate in strategy meetings and assist in the development of traditional media buying recommendations across agency clients and entertainment properties.
  • Support campaign execution for all Loud And Live divisions, including agency, live events, and entertainment initiatives.
  • Assist in managing campaign timelines, trafficking media assets, and tracking campaign deliverables across Radio, TV, OOH, and Print.
  • Help manage General Market and Hispanic Market media investments, ensuring campaigns align with target audience and performance goals.
  • Leverage data and analytics to help translate performance results into actionable media insights for optimization and reporting.
  • Assist in the coordination of promotional media, such as on-air giveaways and branded talent integrations, including gathering deliverables from talent or partners.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to track and process vendor payments, reconciliations, and budget documentation.
  • Partner with the Ticketing department to ensure proper allocation and delivery of marketing-related tickets.
  • Foster relationships with media partners and promotional outlets, maintaining clear communication and documentation of commitments.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support the successful execution of media and marketing campaigns.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education/Certification/Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree or work equivalent combination in marketing, communications, business administration and/or a related discipline.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities.
    • Requires a minimum of 3 years of successful Marketing experience.
    • Media background is preferred.


Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

    • Good interpersonal skills, along with the ability to collaborate across entire organization.
    • Passionate individual willing to immerse him/herself in their work.
    • Self-motivated with strong organizational, management and time management skills with the ability to effectively set priorities.
    • Track record of building and maintaining client and vendor relationships.
    • Excellent communication skills: oral, written, listening and presentation.
    • Strong operational capabilities.
    • Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines
    • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web-browsers.
