Job description

GLD was founded in 2014 with a vision to design and create high-quality, stylish men's and women's jewelry that is also accessible. Over the past decade, GLD has grown into one of the most recognizable brands in the space, partnering with musicians, athletes, and major cultural events like Rolling Loud and the Super Bowl.

As we continue to expand our cultural presence, we are seeking an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of influencer and social media initiatives across all key platforms.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about social media, influencer marketing, and digital culture. The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting campaign execution, managing creator relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external partners.

Working closely with the marketing and creative teams, this position will help bring campaigns to life from initial outreach and coordination to content delivery and performance tracking while ensuring all initiatives align with GLD's brand voice and objectives.

This will either be a full time or contract role depending on the candidate, and you will report to the Head of Creator Partnerships.

Campaign Execution & Support

· Support the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across key social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Snapchat

· Assist in the development and maintenance of campaign timelines, content calendars, and deliverables

· Coordinate campaign logistics to ensure projects are executed on time and in alignment with brand objectives

· Provide day-to-day support to ensure smooth campaign operations from kickoff through completion

Creator & Content Coordination

· Identify, research, and assist in onboarding influencers and content creators aligned with brand goals

· Serve as a point of contact for creators, supporting communication, deliverables, and deadlines

· Coordinate content production needs, including organizing shoots and tracking asset delivery

· Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Assist in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining organization and attention to detail

· Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, and partnerships) to align on campaign goals and execution

· Track deliverables and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks

· Maintain organized documentation of campaign details, assets, and communications

Performance Tracking & Reporting

· Monitor and track campaign performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and content performance

· Support the development of campaign reports and recaps, highlighting key insights and learnings

· Assist in evaluating campaign success and identifying opportunities for optimization

TikTok Shop & Affiliate Program

· Build and scale the affiliate program: recruit creators, provide guidance, and track performance

· Provide direction, briefs, and coaching to drive higher-quality UGC and sales results

· Analyze data regularly to optimize strategies, improve ROI, and increase revenue

· Master platform-specific tools including Seller Center and Affiliate dashboards to extract performance intelligence

What We're Looking For:

· 2+ years of experience in social media, influencer/creator programs, or digital marketing.

· Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat creator-driven content.

· Experience managing creators, deliverables, and communication.

· Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.

· Proficiency in Excel/Sheets; experience with Aspire, GRIN, or Creator IQ is required.

· Strong written communication and professionalism in external communication.

· Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

· Curious, proactive, and up-to-date on social trends and influencer culture.

· Ability to work collaboratively and independently as needed
