Influencer & Affiliate Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an Influencer & Affiliate Coordinator to own our creator relationships end-to-end and scale our affiliate program through Social Snowball. You'll be the connective tissue between our brand and the influencers, ambassadors, and affiliates who drive growth managing pipelines, negotiating partnerships, and turning every collaboration into measurable revenue.

This is a great role for someone who's equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and a DM thread, and who gets genuinely excited about building communities around a brand.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Source, vet, and recruit influencers and affiliates across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube aligned with our brand voice and target audience
  • Manage the full influencer lifecycle - from outreach and contracting through content approval, posting, and performance review
  • Own and grow our Social Snowball affiliate program: onboard new affiliates, set up campaigns, monitor commission structures, and optimize for revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with top-performing partners to deepen long-term collaboration and exclusivity deals
  • Track and report on campaign KPIs - reach, EMV, conversion, revenue and use data to continuously improve our partnership mix
  • Prioritize and scale high-converting affiliates based on revenue performance, not just reach or engagement
  • Ensure all partners are set up with trackable links, codes, and accurate attribution
  • Coordinate gifting, seeding, and product sends with our ops and fulfillment teams
  • Stay ahead of creator trends and platform changes to keep our strategy fresh and competitive
  • Build and manage our TikTok Shop affiliate program from the ground up recruiting creators, structuring commission tiers, and driving it as a dedicated revenue channel

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or affiliate management (ecomm brand or agency)
  • Hands-on experience with Social Snowball or a comparable affiliate platform (Impact, ShareASale, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of affiliate economics (commission structure, AOV, profitability)
  • Track record of driving revenue through affiliate or creator partnerships
  • Strong communicator - you write compelling outreach and can build genuine relationships at scale
  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable pulling reports, building trackers, and tying influencer activity to business outcomes
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle 50+ active partnerships without dropping the ball
  • Bonus: existing network of creators or experience negotiating brand deals
