Walkup Studio is a social-first digital media agency offering strategy, content, production, and platform management. We partner with fashion, lifestyle, and mission-led brands — as well as creators and talent — to help them grow and shine online through elevated storytelling, high-impact visuals, and data-driven strategies.

We're seeking an Influencer Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of social-first campaigns across multiple brand accounts. In this role, you'll help keep the work organized and moving forward by coordinating documents ,timelines, deliverables, approvals, and communication across internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to grow within a fast-paced creative agency environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with creator styling coordination and product order management across campaigns
  • Own initial creator outreach emails and communications before handing conversations off to the broader team for negotiations, briefing, and execution
  • Collaborate with the team across any social ideas including sharing social trends, creative posts and possible creator partnerships
  • Track campaign deliverables and follow up with creators post-campaign to collect analytics and performance metrics
  • Assist invoice processing and tracking, including sending invoicing instructions, monitoring payment status, coordinating with operations teams, and maintaining organized records
  • Ensure all campaign assets, clean files, and deliverables are properly collected, organized, linked, and filed at the conclusion of campaigns
  • Maintain organized campaign documentation, trackers, and internal filing systems across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Support the broader partnerships and production teams with administrative and operational needs as campaigns evolve
  • Take diligent notes across all calls and meetings and help translate those into action items
  • Provide campaign tracking support and post-campaign wrap-up materials.
  • Assist in maintaining a highly organized library of assets and approvals, and manage smooth creative asset handoff.
  • Approach every situation with a solutions-oriented mindset — every problem has a path forward — while upholding strict discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of project coordination, account coordination, social media, or agency support roles.
  • Understanding of social media platforms, digital trends and, influencer strategy
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn.
