Job Overview

Dermalogica is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support our Brand Partnerships team. This role will assist in the execution of influencer campaigns and strategic brand-building initiatives by supporting talent discovery, relationship management, performance tracking, competitive benchmarking, and operational logistics. The ideal candidate is digitally savvy, solutions-driven, highly collaborative, and passionate about the evolving creator landscape and skincare industry.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Strategy Support

  • Assist in the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across product launches and evergreen initiatives
  • Support the discovery and vetting of new influencer partners aligned with Dermalogica’s brand values and campaign goals
  • Coordinate with talent managers and agents to facilitate communication, manage availability, and set expectations
  • Monitor competitor activity and emerging creators to identify white-space opportunities

Campaign Execution

  • Support in the creation of talent briefs, manage timelines for influencer deliverables and track all content from concept through final approval and publication
  • Coordinate product shipments and logistics for influencer activations, events, and in-person treatment days
  • Ensure internal teams are informed of campaign status, deliverables, and scheduling updates
  • Coordinate logistics for priority seeding and event support, including product ordering, shipping schedules, address collection, inventory tracking, content prep, and on-site execution needs
  • Support internal and cross-functional meetings with agendas, follow-ups, and post-campaign recaps/learnings

Campaign Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Tribe Dynamics, CreatorIQ, and platform-native analytics (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Maintain campaign trackers and performance dashboards
  • Support the development of final campaign recap reports and insights presentations
  • Analyze earned media value (EMV), engagement, and creator ROI to inform future strategies

Influencer Tools & Platform Management

  • Leverage reporting and CRM tools including Tribe Dynamics, CreatorIQ, Instagram Insights, and TikTok Creator Marketplace to monitor influencer activity and ROI
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date tracking documents for all active campaigns and talent relationships
  • Provide support across our affiliate initiatives on the ShopMy platform.
  • Assist in maintaining influencer intake forms, gifting logs, and sample management tools

Contract Management

  • Assist with the preparation and execution of influencer agreements using DocuSign and internal templates
  • Maintain internal databases with contract terms, content usage rights, and deliverable timelines
  • Track talent payment status and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing
  • Ensure compliance with FTC guidelines, usage rights, and regional talent requirements

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Coordinate influencer gifting and white-glove relationship-building efforts
  • Maintain and update internal contact lists, CRM databases, and influencer folders
  • Prepare agendas, briefing docs, and meeting materials for internal and external use
  • Assist in the creation of internal decks and reporting presentations for cross-functional teams
  • Manage calendar invites, scheduling logistics, and team coordination related to influencer initiatives
  • Support invoice submission, budget tracking, and payment routing

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience (minimum) in influencer marketing, PR, digital marketing, or talent management
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Experience using influencer reporting tools such as Tribe Dynamics, CreatorIQ, Grin, Instagram Insights, and TikTok Creator Marketplace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine passion for the skincare and beauty industry
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Existing relationships with talent, PR agencies, and external brand partners are a plus
  • Experience supporting on-site event execution and creator activations is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

The expected base hourly pay rate range is $24 to $26 per hour. The exact base pay rate is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, and budget. This role is eligible for participation in our company bonus plan, rewarding personal performance and company results.
