We are in search of a dedicated and experienced service manager to join our team, our family! We built a state of the art, separate from our main dealership, service complex 4 years ago and it needs a leader! The right candidate will be responsible for overseeing the service department and managing its daily operations, 7 bays, state inspections, and all aspects of the RV repair industry. managing our team of technicians and service advisors and ensuring excellent customer service! The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for delivering high-quality service!

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
-Lead, Manage and supervise the service department to constantly improve service quality and efficiency.
-Manage team performance, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
-Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of technicians.
-Ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
-Monitor & continually improve service quality and customer satisfaction
-Hire, train and develop service team members
-Handle customer inquiries and complaints and address customer concerns to ensure a satisfactory resolution in a timely manner.
-Some Saturdays required in the Busy season.
-Work directly and closely with other department managers to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the company and create cohesion.

Requirements:
-Previous experience in a service manager or assistant service manager role.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Ability to work well under pressure.
-Ability to make sound decisions with a focus on customer satisfaction.
-Excellent problem solving abilities.
-Customer focused mindset
-Technical Knowledge, RV Technical knowledge a plus!
