About the Opportunity
Our client is one of the New England's largest independent solar energy contractors, located in beautiful Western Massachusetts.
They are looking for a talented and experienced Solar Sales Professional who wants to work for a local solar installer with a stellar reputation for excellent customer service.
They are one of the largest independently owned solar contractors in the state, and have won the Daily Hampshire Gazettes Reader’s Choice award for “Best Solar Installer” in 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020 and 2018, and a has 4.9 Google rating. They are focused on constant improvement of business operations and believe in hiring superior talent and promoting from within.

· Advertising includes TV, digital, print, sponsorships and more.
· Self-generated leads are encouraged and incentivized.
· You will be treated as a professional with control over your calendar.
· Salesforce CRM, Aurora and other best-in-class technology tools to increase your productivity and help you close more deals.
· Site assessments done for you

Responsibilities
· Manage your sales pipeline and provide updates of activity and progress
· Meet or exceed sales quota to hit targets and bonuses
· Provide 5-star customer service at all times
· Reflect the company's values of integrity and respect
· Learn and use company sales tools and process
· Work in Salesforce CRM to report and track sales data
· Manage paperwork in an organized and accurate fashion
· Work at periodic sales events as required
· Generate leads from prospecting activity
· Bring a positive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented attitude to work

Qualifications
· Passionate about solar energy, sales and constant improvement
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Demonstrated successful experience in direct sales
· Demonstrated skills in building and leading a team.
· Experience working in a CRM and Microsoft office.
· Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously with a team
· Able to prioritize tasks and hold yourself accountable for delivering results on schedule
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills
· Two or more years' experience in direct sales

Compensation
Estimated Compensation range: $90,000 - $200,000+ First Year Potential
Salary + Commission + Bonus pay structure with training pay.
