Description
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative, working in the Banking/Finance industry in San Antonio, Texas, United States.
- Provide quality customer experience while working to resolve customer’s complaints/enquiries. Types of calls include payments, lost/stolen cards, dispute, fraud, transaction review, digital options, balance transfers.
- Research cases independently.
- Review customer’s credit card profile, payments, reviewing accounts, assisting the customer understand their balances.
- Transfer more escalated calls to another department.

Experience Required for Your Success- 6+ months customer service experience
- Call Centerexperience is a plus
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems,applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Confident with handling heavy incoming volume 80-100/day
- Excellent communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Creative in problem solving
- High Attention to detail, strong organizational,multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
