Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative, working in the Banking/Finance industry in San Antonio, Texas, United States.

• Provide quality customer experience while working to resolve customer’s complaints/enquiries. Types of calls include payments, lost/stolen cards, dispute, fraud, transaction review, digital options, balance transfers.
• Research cases independently.
• Review customer’s credit card profile, payments, reviewing accounts, assisting the customer understand their balances.
• Transfer more escalated calls to another department.

• 6+ months customer service experience
• Call Centerexperience is a plus
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems,applications, and utilize search tools to find information
• Confident with handling heavy incoming volume 80-100/day
• Excellent communication skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Creative in problem solving
• High Attention to detail, strong organizational,multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
