Examples of what you’ll do …

• Talk to our customers about any of our services [pest control, lawn, termite, etc.]
• Understand and document customer requests and provide prompt, friendly assistance
• Schedule service appointments, route our service technicians, and work with your team to help achieve customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with service technicians, with sales team, with management, etc.

What we are looking for …

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Excellent phone manner – able to confidently and professionally communicate with our customers, fellow employees, and management
• Organized, attention to detail, strong multi-tasker
• Eager to learn and grow

What we offer you …

• Starting pay is $17 per hour
