Account Manager

One of our great clients is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts and their projects.

Responsibilities:

• Proficiently provide superior customer service by responding to client requests in a timely manner.
• Proficiently retain clients through client relationships and customer service.
• Manage and complete quote sheets, proposals, project accounting processes, purchase orders, vendor invoices, client invoices, accounts receivables, etc.,
• Proficiently build and maintain client relationships through effective written and verbal communication during on and off program timeframes.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive account growth.
• Supervise internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize account performance

Requirements:

• Proven 3+ years’ experience in account management or related experience
• Prefer Bachelors degree
• Proficiency to build and maintain client relationships
• Financial experience with Quotes, client invoices, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
