CRM Rental Management, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Full-Time Creative and Marketing Director! Previous affordable housing marketing experience required. The Creative and Marketing Director will help moderate and inspire promotional advertisements and all marketing strategies for corporate-level and the rental property.

Full-Time Creative and Marketing Director Job Details & Responsibilities:

• Operating effective marketing strategies and oversee website, resident portal, and property newsletters, and other property promotional programs.
• Monitor and update social media pages and websites for all properties and the corporation. Post weekly to Facebook, LinkedIn to ensure CRM’s outreach efforts are met consistently
• Advertise through multi-media advertising, using print, radio, digital and television;
• Update property photos on platforms seasonally or as needed;
• Identify, analyze issues, patterns and trends in client requests and apartment rentals;
• With the Regional Property Manager, monitor all property vacancies, waitlist numbers, waitlist review and rental needs for advertising strategies
• Disseminate above information to the appropriate internal departments so that they can respond accordingly;
• Implement ideas and strategies to productive marketing for the property and corporation;
• Implement companywide open house events to boost exposure and improve waitlist numbers; follow up with residents regarding their waitlist status
• Ensure properties and CRM corporate are participating in community outreach events statewide;
• Assist Community Manager and Regional Property Managers in promoting resident engagement and retention strategies;
• Measuring effectiveness to marketing and perform secret shopper calls to properties.
• Assist, prepare, and distribute marketing templates and material to team members;
• Monitor all property advertisements and ensure most effective marketing strategies and ensure they meet the AFHMP (Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plan) for each property.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills resulting in the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of team members; and,
• Must possess sound management principals and excellent people-skills and be well organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Partners with CPO on all HR Marketing initiatives or projects as assigned.

Full-Time Creative and Marketing Director Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field from an accredited college or university preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5 or more years of experience in the affordable housing industry.
• 5 or more years of experience in social media marketing.
• 5 or more years of experience in advertising.
• 5 or more years of analytical and marketing trend experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, web design, and templates.
• Must possess strong business skills and prioritizing abilities.
• Excellent social, written and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, Adobe CS programs (Photoshop), Google Analytics and AdWords, SEO and digital advertising.
