Direct Hiring / One Telephonic interview schedule on : Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Description of Work:

The Compliance Department is required to maintain an open communication channel for compliance, environmental health & safety and quality assurance complaints made by residents, employees, contractors and the general public.

Requirements

Effective Communicator: Written and Verbal
Ability to prioritize effectively
Ability to exercise discretion

Job duties:

Triage, redirect and refer calls in the IVR
Answer questions and address complaints
Determine the nature of the concern and input into the case management system (Siebel) for investigation and follow up by the appropriate department.
