Project Management & Sales Suppport

Overview

Air/Pro's Greater Kentucky project manager will have primary responsibility for project oversight, scheduling, vendor management, and field management related to air pollution control and industrial ventilation systems. The coordinator role will report directly to the existing Kentucky business manager. Beyond the primary coordination functions, this role involves a certain degree of sales and technical support and field evaluation as needed to better serve our clients. The coordinator will also need to live in the Louisville area for access to meetings and job site visits.

Responsibilities

• Work with Air/Pro vendors for drawing coordination, manufacturing scheduling, site delivery, etc.
• Work with Air/Pro sub-contractors in the areas of fabrication, installation, power and control wiring, piping work, etc.
• Master scheduling for Territory equipment shipments and field work.
• Primary customer interface related to project management.
• Assist in the design and sales quoting process as needed.
• Field coordination and management of key projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Degree in technical or business fields strongly preferred.
• Related experience in the areas of industrial ventilation and air pollution control are a big plus.
• Experience in representing or working for an equipment manufacturing company.
• Experience in project management and field coordination.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Project scheduling experience.
• 3-5 years or more of pertinent experience preferred.
• Relocation to Greater Louisville area if needed.
