Litigation Associate (3-7 years’ experience)
Prestigious IP law firm seeks an associate to assist in patent litigation matters. Requirements include a minimum of three years’ experience in litigation. Candidates must have superior communication skills and ability to work with clients. Prosecution experience and knowledge of the ITC is a plus. U.S. Patent Bar also a plus. The firm offers competitive salaries as well as entrepreneurial incentives to encourage our attorneys to participate in client development. The firm is open to discussing hybrid situations. Must be Admitted to practice in NJ.
