This is a full-time position. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, professional receptionist to join our team! You’ll play a crucial role as the face and first point of contact for our organization. Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, scheduling emails, managing mail and deliveries, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations. We offer: • Paid time off • Paid Holidays • Maternity leave • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance • Life and AD&D insurance • Short Term Disability insurance • Long Term Disability insurance Responsibilities: • Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude, making them feel welcome and valued by offering them coffee or water • Keep the front office/lobby area tidy by lightly cleaning and keeping things organized • Communicate courteously and effectively with clients who call the firm to schedule appointments, answer general inquiries, provide relevant information about the firm's services, or provide updates on client case milestones • Assist the team with various administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring their prompt distribution to the appropriate recipients • Flexibility and adaptability to assist in additional areas when needed Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Bilingual in Spanish is HIGHLY preferred • Familiarity with legal terminology or prior experience in a law firm is a plus • Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or office assistant is preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite Compensation: $13 - $16 hourly
