The agency focuses on promoting the Farmers brand by supporting and developing entrepreneurs while educating them to better serve their community. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Retail Office Operations at Farmers Insurance Kansas City HQ located in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. The Director of Retail Office Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store, managing the team, creating and managing budgets, and ensuring that excellent customer service is provided at all times.

Retail Operations and Operations Management skills
Team Management
Budgeting skills
Customer Service
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
5+ years of experience in retail management or related field
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
