As a Quality Control Manager here at MK in our CNC Manufacturing environment, your role is pivotal in ensuring that the products meet established quality standards. You will be responsible for maintaining quality control systems, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, and resolving production-related issues. Your attention to detail and understanding of quality control procedures are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and Maintain Quality Control Systems:
- Create and implement robust quality control systems that align with the organization’s standards.
- Regularly review and update quality procedures to adapt to changing requirements.
Inspect Raw Materials, Equipment, and Processes:
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, machinery, and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure that quality specifications are met at each stage of production.
Monitor System Performance:
- Continuously monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of quality control systems.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Team Management:
- Coordinate and manage staff members within the quality control department.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
Effective Communication:
- Communicate quality control information to relevant organizational departments, external vendors, and contractors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related concerns.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate reports on nonconformance of products or processes.
- Perform root cause analyses and track quality trends.
Stay Informed:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advances, and regulatory standards related to quality control.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum of 5 years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience in CNC machining.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
