Grapevine, TX


Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)


Schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday, 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Document Control Specialist to support our Quality Management System (QMS) through document control, compliance, auditing, and quality record management.


Responsibilities:
โ€ข Maintain and control SOPs, work instructions, forms, specifications, and quality records.
โ€ข Manage document revisions, approvals, distribution, and version control.
โ€ข Support internal and external audits.
โ€ข Maintain training records and compliance documentation.
โ€ข Review and update quality documentation for accuracy and completeness.
โ€ข Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.
โ€ข Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Management System.


Qualifications:
โ€ข 1+ year of experience in Quality Assurance, Document Control, Quality Systems, or a related field.
โ€ข Experience with document control, revision control, or compliance documentation preferred.
โ€ข Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
โ€ข Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
