Job Description We're hiring a QA Documentation Specialist for our Northwest Houston client. We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately. DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB: Job Title: QA Documentation Specialist Location: 7008 Pay: $20.00/hour Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Duration: Temp-to-Hire Description of Duties: Prepare and review documentation packages to ensure compliance with ASTM, ASME, customer specifications, and internal procedures Verify accuracy and completeness of Material Test Reports (MTRs), Certificates of Conformance (CoCs), and supporting quality records Submit and distribute completed documentation packages to customers through designated portals or email Identify and flag discrepancies, missing information, or nonconforming documentation for correction Maintain confidentiality and integrity of quality records and customer documentation Operate scanning and document imaging equipment to digitize and archive records Organize, file, and maintain documents within the document control system Ensure records are properly controlled, labeled, and stored in accordance with QMS requirements Requirements: Previous experience with quality documentation, document control, QA, or a related role preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to review and organize technical documentation Strong computer and organizational skills
