Quality Assurance Document Control Specialist


Grapevine, TX


Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)


Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Document Control Specialist to support our Quality Management System (QMS) through document control, compliance, auditing, and quality record management.


Responsibilities:
• Maintain and control SOPs, work instructions, forms, specifications, and quality records.
• Manage document revisions, approvals, distribution, and version control.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Maintain training records and compliance documentation.
• Review and update quality documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Management System.


Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience in Quality Assurance, Document Control, Quality Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with document control, revision control, or compliance documentation preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
