Work Arrangement: Onsite/Remote (as applicable)

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Documentation Specialist to support the Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) Quality Assurance team. This individual will be responsible for reviewing, maintaining, and managing quality system documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable company procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Review APM Quality Assurance procedures and collaborate with document owners to ensure proper transfer and assignment of documents within BD systems.
  • Support special projects, including documentation remediation, training assignments, and records retention.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop proposed solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of APM documentation.
  • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of Quality System Documents.
  • Ensure documentation meets established formal requirements, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor documentation compliance and conduct regular document reviews and audits.
  • Prepare document progress reports for senior management.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to address quality issues and help mitigate risks.
  • Work collaboratively with team members under general supervision.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Associate's degree in a related field may be considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to collect, record, and report data accurately.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Technical writing experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Quality Assurance documentation or Quality Management Systems.
  • Experience conducting document reviews and audits.
  • Knowledge of records retention and document control processes.
  • Experience supporting documentation remediation projects.
