Human Resources (HR) Coordinator

HR Coordinator 
This role is located in Irving, TX 75061

Position Type: 6+ month assignment to start (potential to extend/convert) 
Pay: $24.00 per hour W2
Schedule: 40 hours per week; M-F 
o    Overview: provide HR support and be a positive force of administrative effectiveness and engagement in the workplace. 
o    Maintain accurate employee records including new hire files, attendance records, and other HR related documentation.
o    Process new hire files and I-9 documentation. Create and administrate employee badges. Support plant safety initiatives.
o    Assist with employee random drug screening administrative process
o    Assist in preparation and facilitation of open enrollment benefit processes
o    Assist in employee pre-hire and onboarding processes
o    Schedule and coordinate on-site interviews with recruiting agency and key plant stakeholders
o    Prepare weekly hourly employee payroll through Kronos system and daily timecard reviewal management
o    Assist in administration and improvements of employee recognition systems
o    Wellness, Inclusion, Diversity, Equity Team Support
o    Training and Development Support

Qualifications:
o    2 years of HR/administrative support experience preferred
o    High School Diploma Required
o    Microsoft Office
o    Nice to have: payroll experience; large company experience
