The role, at a glance:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for strengthening existing customer relationships by making outbound calls and emails to identify further opportunities within an assigned territory. This position will be based in Biamp's Burlington, MA location.

How you'll contribute:
  • Achieve sales growth targets within a predefined territory of current and new Biamp customers.
  • Proactively utilize phone, email, web-based video communications, and social media to identify and nurture sales opportunities.
  • Conduct presentations on products, systems technology, and supporting services and business initiatives using videoconferencing and webinar tools.
  • Effectively utilize CRM tools, marketing campaigns and other support resources to organize information, create personal sales initiatives, and track progress to goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors and Managers, Field Sales Engineers, and Business Development team members to execute sales initiatives and develop market opportunities.
  • Perform ongoing analysis and reporting on current opportunities, and assigned customers.
  • Attend special training of products and/or services to understand and maintain knowledge of technical aspects of solutions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing department to develop and execute campaigns targeting assigned customers.
  • Other duties as assigned by your manager.


A successful candidate should have:

The successful candidate will possess the following combination of experience, knowledge and skills:
  • Passion for learning and selling Audio and Video Solutions.
  • Successful business-to-business sales experience is a plus.
  • Experience in CRM, such as Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen and judgment with an emphasis on identifying, evaluating, developing, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Desire and ability to help clients identify needs and devise creative solutions.
  • A positive attitude and a strong desire to achieve top results.
  • Outstanding presentation and communications skills. Strong writing skills are essential.
