Can you empathize with customers while confidently leading field technicians? Do you possess excellent communication and coordination skills? If you answered "yes" to these questions and meet the following requirements, we want you as our Dispatcher - Customer Service Rep!

  • Previous experience in a dispatching or scheduling role, preferably within the HVAC industry
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically

DAY-TO-DAY

As a Dispatcher - Customer Service Rep, you'll thrive in an 8 AM to 5 PM schedule with a 1-hour lunch break. Your primary responsibility will be efficiently scheduling and dispatching our skilled technicians to customer sites. Juggling commitment dates, negotiating new dates, and communicating effectively with the team and clients will be paramount. Additionally, you'll debrief each call, update software systems, and provide reports to the sales manager.
