Enrollment Systems Coordinator

The Enrollment CRM Specialist is responsible for researching and recommending features and practices to continually improve enrollment workflow and efficiency.
Success in this role requires a high degree of interpersonal interaction, as well as self-directed autonomous work. It is required that the employee be on-campus, in-person but occasional remote work is possible.
Responsibilities:
CRM Daily Management
- Design and manage data imports, datasets, workflows, queries, reports, forms, and other Slate functions in collaboration with Enrollment Management teams and other university departments.
- Develop and manage reports and queries to support the university’s operational and strategic enrollment goals.
- Create and maintain reports for tracking students from the point of initial interest through enrollment.
- Build queries, reports, and tools to provide relevant data to Enrollment Management teams, Director of Institutional Research, and other campus constituents.
CRM Data Management and Integrity
- Assist with data importing, data integrity, and quality control.
- Collaborate with other campus departments on clean-up and tracking projects to maintain data integrity.
- Perform data entry and data cleanup including the deduping process through Consolidated Records in the Slate instance.
- Build and execute audits to monitor and ensure data integrity.
- Test functionality and audit Slate processes.
Training and Team Support
- Provide technical support and training to CRM users in processes and procedures regarding student records and Slate functionality.
- Proactively assesses areas for improvement, recommends solutions based on best practices, and follows through to implementation.
- Contributes to the ongoing improvement of Enrollment Management processes, including learning and integrating new technology, and creating training/user documentation.

- Actively contribute to enrollment and campus-wide compliance initiatives, including Student Consumer Information and other reporting requirements.
Campus and Divisional Engagement
- Engagement in campus events and enrollment activities, including New Student Orientation and Commencement.
- Member of one of the Enrollment Management Action Teams contributing to the overall success of the division.
- Supervision of assigned staff and/or student positions as detailed in the Supervisor Handbook.
- Considered essential personnel in cases of campus closure or emergency.
- May be designated as essential personnel in cases of campus closure or emergency.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or other relevant professional experience
- Experience in database management
- Goal-oriented and ability to develop new initiatives to improve enrollment operations and efficiencies.
- Strong belief in collaborative efforts within the enrollment management team and with other administrative and faculty areas, including providing support/ training to colleagues.
- Ability to adapt to changes in work environment where the workload, speed, and type of work varies throughout the admissions cycle
- Commitment to providing a highly responsive and service-oriented admissions experience
- Exceptional writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with diverse populations in group and individual settings
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, demonstrate organizational skills, and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with student information systems and enrollment management CRMs, preference given to those with experience working in Slate
