Full-Time Customer Service Rep Plugz Electric -

Plugz Electric is a growing residential electrical company seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Rep / Dispatcher to join our team! Mostly outbound lead contacting, no electrical knowledge is necessary - we will train the right person! Lots of room for career growth for a highly motivated individual.

Pay Range $18-$22/Hr, DOE

Job Overview: You will be the first point of contact, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. You will play a critical role in managing customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and providing support to our technicians. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to customer satisfaction will contribute to our continued success and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, emails and texts
• Follow call scripting
• Properly schedule jobs with detailed notes
• Pull permits and schedule inspections
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Shift: Monday-Friday in Forest Lake, MN based office

Hours:10:30am-7:00pm
