Brand new opening of a fantastic High Quality Fine Dining establishment to SLC!

We are owners and operators of several great restaurants in SLC and the Northwest!

Must Know Great Service Standards! And enjoy taking care of guests and a fun team!

We are looking to add a Seasoned Assistant General Manager to join our Family in one of our many high volume locations

You need to have Fine Dining Experience, be or have been a AM for at least 3 years, look sharp and enjoy what you do

50-55 Hour Work Week!!

We are seeking an Assistant General Manager - to join our team, for one of our many concepts this is your chance to step in and make a difference! You will be responsible for providing guests with a memorable dining experience; setting the pace and culture as well as overseeing a team, plus some P & L responsibility and more.

You will need to do some training out of state (4-5 week)!!

Some corporate experience OK but we also like a mix of Independent minded individuals who understand what LOCAL means!!

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate staffing and scheduling activities
Work with your Chef's and Culinary team
Oversee guest services and resolve issues
Ensure a high quality of ingredients in the food and drink preparation
Train, coach and manage your team
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
Adhere to all safety health department policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant experience 3+ years as a Assistant Manager in a $3+ Million dollar Casual Dining or Fine Dining Restaurant
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with computers and basic POS system (such as excel and word)
Strong attention to detail and must work well with others
