Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products and services
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by offering appropriate solutions or escalating to the appropriate department
- Process customer orders, exchanges, and returns efficiently and accurately
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers
- Follow established call center procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality service
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with patience and professionalism
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
