Craftexcom We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Customer Service Agent. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products and services
Resolve customer complaints or issues by offering appropriate solutions or escalating to the appropriate department
Process customer orders, exchanges, and returns efficiently and accurately
Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers
Follow established call center procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality service

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with patience and professionalism
Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
