Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing human resources policies and procedures, including employee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
• Manage the employee recruitment process, including posting job descriptions, conducting initial resume screening, and arranging interviews
• Maintain and update employee personnel files and information databases
• Handle employee benefits, leave, attendance, and other day-to-day human resources matters
• Assist in organizing employee activities, training, and other human resources development projects
• Provide human resources consulting and support to employees

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant human resources experience, familiar with HR processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable using HRIS systems
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
• High level of responsibility and professionalism
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and verbal)
