You'll play a pivotal role in building customer relationships, identifying service needs, and driving sales growth within your assigned territory.

What You'll Do:

• Become the service expert: Conduct equipment inspections, identify repair needs, and create targeted solutions for your clients.
• Generate leads and close deals: Utilize prospecting techniques, conduct cold calls and site visits, and deliver compelling sales presentations to convert leads into sales.
• Be a territory champion: Develop effective marketing strategies, promote our service, parts, and sales offerings, and actively engage with customers within your designated area.
• Stay organized and data-driven: Utilize our CRM system to record activities, track progress, and contribute to overall sales success.

What You Bring:

• Proven track record: Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in heavy equipment. Product Support Sales experience is a must.
• Industry knowledge: Prior service or parts experience at Komatsu, Caterpillar, or a similar dealership is a plus.
• Sales mastery: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections to close deals.
• Technical aptitude: Ability to understand hydraulic and electrical schematics.
• Independent and driven: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
• Travel ready: Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays.
