Job Overview:   

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Enablement Manager to enhance our sales force’s effectiveness through the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs and hands-on coaching. You will facilitate engaging workshops, champion values-based and solution-focused selling techniques, and ensure our sales team is proficient with the latest product innovations and market trends. Your role will be crucial in embedding values-based selling within our sales culture, driving integrity and customer-centric practices across all interactions. Collaborating closely with sales managers, product marketing, and operations, you will align our strategies and drive significant growth. This role is suited for a proactive leader dedicated to nurturing talent and enhancing sales performance through strategic initiatives. 

 

Job Description: 

 

  • Facilitate dynamic sales training sessions and workshops that engage and motivate the team, effectively delivering key concepts and techniques for improved sales performance. 
  • Provide hands-on coaching to sales reps, including feedback on Gong call recordings and conducting mock sales exercises, to reinforce learning and improve practical selling skills. 
  • Develop comprehensive training programs for new and existing sales reps that cover product knowledge, sales methodologies, objection handling, and effective selling techniques. 
  • Champion values-based selling, embedding these principles deeply into the sales culture and training materials. 
  • Develop ongoing sales training programs tailored for product launches and updates, ensuring sales reps stay informed on the latest product features and market trends. 
  • Design and facilitate values-based and solution-focused selling training, enhancing the sales team's ability to demonstrate product value effectively. 
  • Work closely with sales managers to align strategies, identify training needs, optimize sales processes, and assess skill gaps within the organization. 
  • Analyze and optimize the sales process to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and improved conversion rates, creating simple, repeatable, and scalable processes. 
  • Leverage metrics and dashboards to identify areas of continuous improvement across the sales team. 
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales operations, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. 
  • Manage the onboarding of new sales personnel and promote an environment of continuous professional development to maintain a knowledgeable and agile sales team. 

 

Qualifications: 

 

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role, ideally within a SaaS environment. Previous experience as an account executive and/or sales manager highly preferred. 
  • Expertise in creating and implementing comprehensive sales training programs, including workshops, e-learning, and hands-on coaching. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate sales teams effectively. 
  • Experience with sales technology tools such as CRM systems and performance management software (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). 
  • Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and the effectiveness of sales strategies. 
  • Strong project management skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
