Job Description: Dealership Receptionist/Cashier

We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Dealership Receptionist/Cashier to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our dealership, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for all our customers and visitors. This position requires excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and exceptional organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and visitors warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and timely manner, transferring calls to the appropriate departments or personnel as necessary.
• Provide accurate and helpful information to callers or visitors, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Call customers when their EDRS is available, or certify mail them to the customer.
• Manage the dealership's reception area, sales showroom and service lounge, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.
• Covering the Service cashiers when needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or as a receptionist is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple phone lines simultaneously while maintaining composure.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to adapt and quickly learn dealership-specific software and systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Bilingual is a plus.
